Fifth Sense membership is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is affected by a smell or taste-related disorder.  Joining Fifth Sense means becoming a member of our community and being kept informed about the work we do for people affected by smell and taste disorders via email.  If you'd like to join Fifth Sense then please complete the form below.

Fifth Sense will use the information you provide on this form to keep in touch with you about the work we do for people affected by smell and taste disorders, activities and events that you can get involved in, opportunities to support our work by volunteering or making a donation, as well as any products we think may be of interest to our members. Knowing which areas of the UK our members are based can help us in providing localised services and activities in future.
